Kuch log bhi hum se rooth gaye,

Kuch khud bhi zakhm k aadi thy,
Kuch sheeshy hath se toot gaye,

Kuch khud bhi thy hassas bohat,
Kuch apny muqaddr rooth gaye,

Kuch khud bhi itny mohtat na thy,
Kuch log bhi humko loot gaye,

Kuch talkh haqiqatyn theen itni,
Ke khwab hi sarey toot gaye..
